Super Core Carbon OFF Andro Blades Allan Canada Just ordered this blade, CPH from TTPioneer. Rubbers are Plasma 430 & Stiga Boost TC, both are 2.0 mm, Med. soft sponge. I have tried this blade from my friend with DHS Hur.3 & 729-2, (sponges were too hard for it). It was a good blade, very light @ 70g, well made. I'll report again once it arrived and with softer rubbers. 8
Ignito Xiom Blades wingspan USA Pretty stiff and hard 3+2 carbon blade. Large sweet spot. Feels very crisp and fast near the table but speed drops off dramatically away from table. Otherwise very good control. Feel for the ball is minimal as most of the vibrations seem to have been engineered out of the blade. This seems to be a Xiom trademark. Overall, not recommended unless you spend your life within 2 feet of the table and like a vibration free blade. 6
Fuga Xiom Blades wingspan USA This is a pretty stiff and fast all wood blade. Surprisingly bouncy and fast for a 5-ply. Xiom says it's 5.7mm thick but mine is quite a bit thicker, at least 6.2. Dwell time is very short, very little flex to it. Control is very good as seems to be the case with all xiom blades. Makes a hollow "boink" sound which I really don't like. Overall, too fast for me. However, the wide FL handle is super comfortable. 7
BalsaCarbo X5 Butterfly Blades BalsaCarbo X5 USA This is an excellent blade. I am a mid 1900’s player that loops, blocks, hits, pushes – basically everything but primarily aim to be an offensive, forehand looper. As a bonus, the X5 also has a very fat grip (I have the straight handle but have also seen the anatomic which is equally as beefy). Butter fly is way off in their mm ratings of this handle. They rate it at 22 mm thick - the same as the Maze and TBS but the X5 handle is visually much thicker, no question about it. I prefer thicker handles and find many of the Japanese/Chinese blades to be too skinny versus some of the German brands. In terms of specs, this blade is lighter than most by about 10%-15% which really helps if you are using heavy sponge such as Tenergy, etc. I have always felt that Tenergy, when used in combination with 89-95 gram blades, is simply too heavy a package. The X5 solvers this issue and feels very well balanced with these heavier sponges.

Great control, short game, easy to loop and “slow loop” and has enough gears to hit or loop from mid distance without issue – plenty of power. I have always wanted to try a softer blade and have heard good reports on Balsa woods. I now know why – the Balsa wood is very forgiving but this blade was no sponge. I am not sure what the outer wood layers are made from but they work very well in combination with the Balsa core and carbon layers. My game improved immediately – the first time out!

Gatien 2000 Yasaka Blades Nelson Rivera USA This Yasaka Gatien 2000 blade with Yasaka extreme Spin Rubber on both sides with 2.00mm sponge. With a full swing you get fast returns and good spin ,plus the best control of any Offensive blade. this blade is about a All+, Blade good for blocking and serve too.A very light blade with a small flare handle- good for my small hand. I used it for 2 hours and had many kill shots on forehand side playing better players. 10
500 Avalox Blades P500 USA Good classic blades, comparable to Stiga Offensive Classic CR and Butterfly Korbel (in term of a classic). It has minimal vibration, a bit flexy on hard shots, but quite solid for just blocking. It is very good for looping and has excellent control. Short game is good also.

Speed is around Off-, but with a bit of catapult effect on hard shots, it can provides extra speed and kick in spin when looping from mid distance.

Good blade indeed.

Waldner Senso V1+V2 Donic Blades Hans Germany Excellent blade for controlled attackers!
Combined with 2 desto F3 Big Slam it gives me the perfect feel and firepower for attacks.
If donic would ever decide discontinueing this blade, there will be a lot of angry people including me.

Primorac-2000 Butterfly Blades shreenidhi India blade is very good especially for looping 10
R1 JOOLA Blades Graeme Australia This is a surprisingly good blade which is capable of immense speed if you really hit out, but when you want to play safe, because of the softness of the blade, it is possible to push and keep the ball short and low. It works very well with a short pimple like Dr Neubauer Pistol, perhaps not as much deception as a harder blade, but more control and more hitting power.
When you hit flat with this blade, the ball flies through very low with high speed, making it very hard for the opponent to get to it.
I bought this blade 3 years ago, tried it once and found it too fast, but now that I have resurrected it, I feel that it is the ideal bat for me. If you want a bat which has immense power in reserve when you need it, but can also play a very good control game, then this is the bat for you.
