T-Rex Hard TSP Rubbers Allan Canada I tried it on a Off- Bty. Chinese Real blade. This is not a tensor, not good in any areas compare to other Med. hard rubbers. Kind of like a Chines topsheet on a cheap sponge that can not do much! Not worth to buy! 5
Optimum MP Stiga Rubbers Allan Canada I tried one sheet of 2.0 mm on a carbon-arylate blade last week, it is not near as good as Stiga Ad. claim. It does not have the control nor spin compare to Neos Sound Syn Tech., not the speed as Almana. and Boost TC is simply better, although Bootst is more expensive. Not worth to buy! 6
Desto F1 Donic Rubbers Allan Canada I have used the series of F1 rubbers on & off for at least 10 sheets in the last few years. It is still a very good NEAR-tensor rubber overall. I agreed with the last comment that the newer generation of rubbers are really better nowadays. Being that F1 is still the same high price & not so good in durability. One of the best Donic rubber is JO Gold. 7
Sriver G2 FX Butterfly Rubbers Allan Canada I tried 2 sheets, just not as good as popular Tensor rubbers like Yasaka Extent HS & Pryide 40, Donic F1 & JO Gold or Bryce FX. It is kind of OK for everything but not outstanding. 6
Roxon 450 Andro Rubbers Allan Canada I used it on 2 blades, Off/carbon-arylate and All+/5 woods. It worked well only on the carbon-arylate blade and no good with the wood blade. My complaints are also the durability & expensive. Very Short life, may be 20 hrs of play and it went downhill!! 7
Xtend HS Yasaka Rubbers Allan Canada I have used 4 sheets of this Extend HS in the last 2-3 years, other than Donic F1, this is the Tensor rubbers I used most. It is good in most areas but not the best overall compare with other tensors. It is OK in durablility & cost. I like the new Pryde 40 (not the 30 & Pryde) better. 8
Bryce Speed FX Butterfly Rubbers Allan Canada I used 2 sheets on a carbon/arylate CPH blade. It is just not as good as a glued Bryce FX. I have also tried & compared wtih other popular tensor rubbers, my rating are: Yasaka Pride 40, 30, Donic JO Gold, Extend HS, Donic F1, Speed FX, Stiga Neos Sound SynTech, Tihbar Limbus Soft, Roxon 430. What do you folks think? 7
Coppa JO Gold Donic Rubbers JO-Gold Canada I used this rubber for about 3 months of about 8 hrs/week with Max. on a Carbon/Arcylate blade. It is still in very good condition and much more durable than F1 which I used many sheets before. It is good in loop, hit, block and short games, a little heavy but not bad. Very satisfied with it overall. If you can catch it on sale, better stock up! 9
